Basic Functions:

The Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities from lead-generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals in an assigned industry/territory. Sales Executive must monitor the group he/she is handling in terms of clients, accounts and deliverables. Sales Executive must directly give solutions, closed sales, reports to the Director.


Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Develop a solid working knowledge of the company’s products, competitors and channels and must deal with new ideas in closing a lead.

• Lead and drive sales team, regularly review products portfolio and products offering to maintain higher margin deals in local and international market.

• Strong experience in key account management; able to identify decision-makers, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to the account and work out execution plans in long term.

• Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales with the help of Solutions Architect.

• Strategize sales activities & campaigns to achieve established sales and market share targets for assigned account / territory such as monitoring events with the help of the Marketing Team.

• Establish specific annual and monthly objectives, plans, programs, budgets for key customers and channels.

• Develop and maintain solid and positive long-term professional relationships with customers, prospects and key clients.

• Must develop and train each Account Manager in becoming a good and strategic salesperson.
