Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans. This role requires a strong focus on customer acquisition, relationship building, and market expansion. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred.
Dental Assistant Certification (CDA) from the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) is highly preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience:
Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
Experience with dental software and office systems (e.g., scheduling, patient records) is beneficial.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in taking dental X-rays (radiology certification may be required based on local regulations).
Familiarity with sterilization procedures and infection control standards.
Ability to assist in various dental procedures (fillings, extractions, cleanings, etc.).
Skill in preparing dental materials, instruments, and patient treatment areas.
