Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
- Train and mentor new sales team members.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years in sales management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in marketing, sales, project management, and business development.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales strategies, lead a sales team, manage client relationships, and oversee project timelines.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, proactive thinker, and customer-oriented approach.
