  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Sales Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy and management, key account management, organization skills, and real estate knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive real estate sales.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • With own sales team (at least 5 salesperson)
  • Willing to process PRC and DHSUD accreditation
