SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration graduates or any related field
• With at least 2 years of Sales experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
• With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience
• Proven sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• The ability to multitask
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills
• Availability to travel as needed

JOB SUMMARY - SCOPE OF WORK:

• Handles a team of Territory Manager
• Ensures team’s attainment of KPIs.
• Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.
• Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
• Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
• Conducts on-the-job learning with Territory Manager on a regular basis.
