The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving nationwide sales performance by overseeing store operations, ensuring consistent sales growth, and maintaining strong partnerships with department store concessionaires. This role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of retail trends in the Philippine market. The position works closely with internal teams and department store partners to achieve sales targets while upholding brand image and delivering excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage sales operations across multiple store locations nationwide
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department store partners (e.g., SM, Robinsons, Landmark, Rustan’s, Ayala Malls)
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and recommend action plans for improvement
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment, and sell-through optimization
  • Align visual merchandising and store execution with brand standards and concessionaire guidelines
  • Lead, coach, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams to improve productivity
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, supply chain) to support sales initiatives
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation across all locations
  • Handle negotiations related to store placements, promotions, and sales programs


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in retail sales, preferably in department store concession management
  • Proven experience handling multiple store locations
  • Strong sales and business acumen, including forecasting and target achievement
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills
  • Solid background in inventory control, stock monitoring, and visual merchandising
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail POS systems
  • Experience with data analytics tools is an advantage
