我們正在尋找一位經驗豐富的冷電話銷售專員 / 銷售經理，以推動和監督我們的物業管理推廣工作。這是一個全職的遠程職位，專注於主動聯繫物業擁有者，推介物業管理服務，並管理銷售流程以最大化潛在客戶轉換率。理想的候選人必須具備強大的溝通能力、充沛的精力、客戶管理系統(CRM)經驗，以及銷售管理的背景。
- 進行大量冷電話聯繫物業擁有者，介紹和推廣我們的物業管理服務的優勢。
- 確認潛在客戶的資格並確定後續跟進和約見的下一步。
- 開發和實施新策略以提高參與度並改善推廣效果。
- 記錄通話細節，跟踪潛在客戶，並在我們的CRM系統中更新客戶信息，以確保準確的跟進和潛在客戶培育。
- 在關閉或放棄潛在客戶之前，確保進行最多6次的一致跟進。
- 監督、管理和改善銷售管道和工作流程，以簡化潛在客戶管理並最大化結果。
- 分析通話結果和銷售數據，以建議改進措施並跟踪目標進展。
