- 进行大量的冷拨电话，向物业业主展示和推广我们的物业管理服务的优势。
- 对潜在客户进行资格审查，并确定后续跟进和预约的下一步。
- 开发和实施新策略以提高参与度和改善外展工作。
- 记录通话细节，跟踪潜在客户，并在我们的CRM系统中更新客户信息，以确保准确的跟进和潜在客户培育。
- 确保在关闭或放弃潜在客户之前进行最多6次的一致跟进。
- 监督、管理和改善销售管道和工作流程，以简化潜在客户管理并最大化结果。
- 分析通话结果和销售数据，以推荐改进措施并跟踪目标进展。
