我們正在尋找一位經驗豐富的冷電話銷售員 / 銷售經理，負責推動和監督我們的物業管理外展工作。此全職遠程職位專注於主動聯繫物業擁有者，推介物業管理服務，並管理銷售工作流程，以最大化潛在客戶的轉化率。理想的候選人需具備強大的溝通技巧、充滿活力的舉止、CRM經驗及銷售管理背景。
職責：
- 對物業擁有者進行高頻率的冷電話推銷，介紹和宣傳我們的物業管理服務的優勢。
- 篩選潛在客戶並確定後續跟進及約會的下一步。
- 制定並實施新策略以提升參與度和改善外展效果。
- 記錄通話細節，追蹤潛在客戶，在我們的CRM系統中更新客戶信息，以確保準確的跟進和潛在客戶培育。
- 確保在關閉或放棄潛在客戶之前，持續跟進最多6次。
- 監督、管理和改善銷售管道和工作流程，以簡化潛在客戶管理並最大化結果。
- 分析通話結果和銷售數據，以建議改進措施並追蹤目標進展。
