Description
- Generate new sales leads through networking and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Libis.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, public speaking, analytical skills, and proficiency in inventory management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage clients, manage inventory, conduct presentations, and participate in sales training.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, persuasive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
