Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Sales Skills:

• The ability to sell products and services, persuade customers, and negotiate effectively is essential. Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas is often a key requirement. 

Customer Relationship Management:

• Sales representatives need to be adept at managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in using CRM software is also important. 

Product Knowledge:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office suite, and CRM software is generally expected. 

Self-Motivation and Organization:

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but some roles may be suitable for candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience.
