As a Field Sales Representative, you will be a key contributor to our success by driving sales growth and promoting our PE pipe products to clients in Davao del Norte and nearby areas. Your role will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and ensuring our solutions meet the demands of the local market.


As a Field Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring their piping and infrastructure requirements are met.
  • Providing expert knowledge and recommendations on PE pipe products and applications.
  • Consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to support order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.


To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or any related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in construction materials, plumbing supplies, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with PE pipe applications, specifications, and the supply chain process.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
