Job Description


  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive techniques tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of SSCE; OND, HND, or BSc is an advantage.
  • Proven sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Ikeja market and customer base is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM software) is an advantage.


Requirements

  • Must reside in or near Ikeja, Lagos State, or be willing to relocate.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
