As a Bancassurance Sales Executive, you will serve as the bridge between banking services and insurance solutions. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored financial products, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and bank partners. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and financial growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify potential clients through branch walk-ins, referrals, and outbound efforts. Schedule consultations and assess customer financial needs.
  • Financial Needs Analysis & Product Presentation:
  • Recommend appropriate insurance and investment products based on client profiles and financial goals.
  • Sales Processing & Documentation:
  • Facilitate the completion and submission of customer applications and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • After-Sales Service:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction post-sale.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Foster long-term partnerships with bank personnel to drive collaborative sales efforts and achieve branch targets.


Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder (4-year college graduate)
  • Open to entry-level and associate-level applicants
  • Willing to be assigned to bank branches within Metro Manila
  • Must be amenable to onsite work during banking hours
