In this role, you will be the front face of our company, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best rates, offers, and exclusive hotel deals. You will also be responsible for reviewing and renewing contracts within specific deadlines. You will spearhead efforts in addressing any service-level issues, as well as closely monitor talented individuals like yourself, while directly reporting to our company President. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting business trips to strengthen our relationships with suppliers and identifying new products aligned with our sales goals. Through these efforts, you will help maintain a consistent, high-quality product standard, ensuring our clients receive the best customer service and helping our company gain greater global recognition.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with suppliers and regularly monitor to ensure we get the best rates
  • Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels
  • Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines
  • Address and resolve any standard or service level issues with suppliers
  • Investigate and resolve internal issues with operations and account colleagues
  • Monitor room production closely and collaborate with all relevant parties to stimulate booking, room, room night and revenue growth
  • Conduct business trips to improve supplier relations and negotiate best-in-market rates per business requirements.
  • Identify new products that align with room nights and sales requirements
  • Undertake ongoing analysis of product and quality within the contracting area to maintain consistent product offerings for clients
  • A comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes can help to contract more efficiently and effectively


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Tourism, Hospitality or relevant courses.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Hotel Sales
  • Must have B2B corporate Online Travel Agency experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Offices, Google Suites and Workspaces
  • Proficiency in English language and has good communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and customer service skills
  • Experience in Travel and Leisure agency is a plus
  • Willing to work any schedule and onsite in Makati
