Description
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture (for agri sales), or a related field
- Proven experience in sales (at least 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- With driver’s license is an advantage (especially for fieldwork roles)
- Willing to travel and work on-site as needed
