The Sales Associate is responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in completing loan applications, and ensuring proper documentation for loan processing. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through fieldwork, referrals, and online platforms.
  2. Conduct initial client interviews to understand financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
  3. Assist clients in filling out loan application forms and gathering necessary documentation.
  4. Coordinate with the Credit and Loan Processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
  5. Follow up with clients regarding application status, additional requirements, and approvals.
  6. Maintain good client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  7. Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the company.
  8. Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the Sales Officer or Branch Manager.
  9. Attend product training, sales meetings, and company events to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
  10. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.


Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year in sales, customer service, or banking/financial services; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to do fieldwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
