Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base and generate quality leads in local and international markets.


As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our company. Your primary role will be to generate and qualify leads, build strong relationships, and schedule meetings for our sales or product teams.


  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conduct initial qualification calls and discovery conversations
  • Understand and effectively communicate our software solutions, use cases, and value proposition
  • Schedule demos or meetings with the Sales or Product team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update lead activity
  • Collaborate to improve outreach campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech or SaaS)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Tech-savvy and able to grasp basic technical concepts quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an IT software or SaaS company
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting and cold outreach best practices
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets
