RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Assist in pre-sales inquiries regarding Software products.
• Responsible for processing customer orders and sales.
• Providing and receiving information.
• Selling client products or services.
• Retain customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions
• Assist in canceling subscriptions if customers cannot be retained
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
