We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Specialist with solid experience in the outsourcing industry and proven team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing a pipeline of prospects, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals. This role requires strong communication, a deep understanding of the outsourcing market, and a passion for helping businesses grow through tailored outsourcing solutions. 


Cold Emailing: 

  • Personalize and tailor email communications to prospective clients based on their needs and business objectives. 

Outbound Calling & Cold Calling: 

  • Engage in outbound calling to potential leads with the goal of setting up appointments and closing sales. 
  • Perform cold calling to prospect for new business opportunities. 
  • Address client objections and provide persuasive information to convert leads into customers. 

Sales Development: 

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the outsourcing market. 
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and engaging prospective customers. 
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align solutions with their requirements. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to fine-tune sales material and approach. 
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new services opportunities.  
  • Utilize research insights to develop and implement sales strategies that align with market demand. 

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: 

  • Identify potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach. 
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for meetings with key decision-makers, highlighting the value of our outsourcing solutions and customized service offerings. 
  • Manage CRM tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel. 

Digital Marketing: 

  • Advise on digital marketing material content, call-to-action, and style 
  • Propose different strategies for lead generation other than cold calling or telemarketing. 

Team Management: 

  • Supervise and support junior sales staff and ensure they meet their targets. 
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members on sales best practices and customer service. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. 

Customer Support: 

  • Provide timely and effective customer support, answering queries and resolving issues. 
  • Ensure clients have a positive experience throughout the sales cycle and post-sale support.  
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to resolve service-related inquiries. 

Quality Analysis: 

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of sales interactions and customer engagements. 

Service Knowledge & Operational Learning: 

  • Stay informed about the range of services offered, process flows, client-specific requirements, and industry best practices. 
  • Effectively communicate service details to clients, adapting explanations to suit varying levels of customer understanding. 

Sales Execution & Closing Deals: 

  • Close sales deals through negotiation and clear communication. 
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat. 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of success in lead generation. 
  • Cold calling and closing deals. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical specifications. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software such as Zoho. 
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports analytics 
  • Utilize CRM systems to automate follow-ups, track email engagements, and optimize sales workflows. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
