Description
- Provide outstanding assistant and support to clients visiting the showroom
- Conduct briefings and orientation for clients inquire through turnover
- Ensure welcoming, client-first experience at every action
- Serve as a trusted advisor addressing all sales-related questions and concerns
- Assist and coordinate with the sales team to streamline operations
- Regularly update and maintain accuracy of the client and sales database
- Track inquiries, client progress and sales-related data reporting
Requirements
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and attention detail
- Experience in customer service,real estate or sales support is a Plus
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM system is preferred
