Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, promoting optical products, and delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess vision and eyewear needs
• Recommend frames, lenses, and optical accessories
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
• Assist with fitting, adjustments, and basic after-sales support
• Process sales transactions and issue receipts
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive displays
• Meet daily and monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• Sales or retail experience (optical background is an advantage)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable, trustworthy, and sales-oriented
• Willing to learn optical products and basic fitting
