About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Account Executive to help scale our IT solutions business. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in building our pipeline, driving new business, and closing enterprise-level deals. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, focused on selling B2B software, infrastructure, or managed IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Targeting
- Identify, prioritize, and research high-potential target accounts across industries relevant to our IT solutions.
- Build and manage a strategic account list leveraging market intelligence, intent data, and other business insights.
- Generate new business through outbound activities (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, etc.) and lead sources (referrals, events, inbound, partnerships).
- Work with Marketing on account-based campaigns and content to drive engagement and lead generation.
Consultative Solution Selling
- Lead discovery conversations to understand technical challenges, business pain points, and IT priorities.
- Position our solutions in a way that clearly maps to customers’ goals — whether that’s cost savings, performance improvement, or operational scalability.
- Partner with engineers or solution architects to deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and ROI-driven business cases.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging, positioning, and customer needs.
- Provide consistent and structured feedback on market trends, customer objections, and feature requests.
- Work with technical teams to help define deployment or integration strategies tailored to the customer’s environment.
Growth Execution & Expansion
- Drive “land and expand” motions: start with a core offering, then grow the relationship by positioning additional modules, services, or integrations.
- Manage account growth through upsells, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business planning.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall company revenue goal.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, infrastructure software, or managed services.
- Proven track record of generating your own leads and closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills — able to understand technical challenges and translate them into business value.
- Experience working through the full sales cycle (prospecting through closing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must speak and write fluent, conversational English.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating across teams (marketing, product, engineering).
