- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Public Speaking, Coaching, Written Communication, and People Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct training sessions, develop training materials, and evaluate sales team performance.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for training sessions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.
