Summary


The Sales Training Manager is responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to enhance sales productivity for both internal teams and external promoters, aiming to directly impact the sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal and B2B sales enablement strategies to ensure that internal sales teams and external promoters have access to the latest product information and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to enhance productivity and effectiveness metrics, directly influencing the sales funnel.
  • Measure and report key metrics such as productivity and satisfaction to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align training materials and messaging with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Partner with the product team to gain in-depth product knowledge, facilitating effective communication of innovations and addressing product inquiries.
  • Implement and report on sales enablement effectiveness using A/B testing methodology to senior management.
  • Travel as needed to support, train, and onboard new promoters and clerks to bolster the sales funnel.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, support strategy or a revenue-focused role, with expertise in metrics like win rate, sales cycle time, and sales productivity.
  • Proven experience in field training with commercial teams and strong project management skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Preferably skilled in instructional design and capable of coaching and motivating team members to achieve success in their roles.
