Description

  • Answer and direct emails in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate appointments for recruitment consultants.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for candidate records, contracts, and other documents.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Handle data entry and maintain candidate databases.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Perform general office duties, such mailing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
