Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the President.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
Organize and prepare materials for executive and board meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and presentations.
Take meeting minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action items.
Coordinate cross-departmental communications and act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, leadership retreats, and company-wide meetings.
Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents, including contracts, reports, and other executive-level records.
Submit and track expense reports, corporate credit card reconciliations, and purchase requests.
Manage special projects and corporate initiatives as assigned, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
o Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate information and personnel matters.
o Provide backup administrative support to other senior leaders and departments as needed.
o Support office operations including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and facilities-related tasks when required.
o Contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient work environment, representing the Executive Office with integrity and diplomacy.
o Other task may be assigned from time to time
