Job Description

  • Managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating office activities.
  • Manage office communications and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
