Job Title: Security Guard

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team and provide a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises, preventing incidents, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance and Monitoring: Regularly patrol the premises, monitor security systems (cameras, alarms), and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Access Control: Ensure that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. This includes checking IDs, issuing visitor badges, and managing entry points.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security threats, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
• Incident Reporting: Document all security-related incidents and write detailed reports. Provide timely updates to clients and management about any incidents or concerns.
• Customer Service: Act as a first point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety protocols, rules, and regulations to maintain a secure environment. Help ensure compliance with safety standards for both people and property.
• Collaboration with Law Enforcement: In case of a serious incident, work closely with law enforcement and emergency responders to handle the situation appropriately.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to potential security risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
