Description
- Conduct regular security inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Train staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Participate in ongoing security assessments and audits.
- Stay updated on security trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in security enforcement.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in report writing, investigating incidents, and must possess a valid driver's license (motorcycle and light vehicle). Must possess valid LESP (License to Exercise Security Profession) as Security Officer.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct examinations, prepare investigation reports, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Working Conditions: May involve irregular hours and fieldwork in various settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, effective communicator, and ability to work independently.
