The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our clients. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. You will be the point of contact between the Client and the Agency.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new clients and negotiating contracts with them.
• Establishing relationships with new clients.
• Maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
• Managing, reviewing progress and completion of the campaign or project.
• Examine clients’ industry and business activities and suggest appropriate ideas
• Collaborates with the team to brainstorm aligned to the project brief.
• Create presentations and reports
• Make pitches, along with the team, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales and client management skills
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• With strong negotiation, project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and action-oriented
• Approachable, outgoing, and socially confident
• Experience in account management or related field
• Fluency in MS Office and Google Workplace
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
