Description

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.
  • Ensure equipment safety and maintenance checks are performed regularly.
  • Follow project plans and specifications for grading and excavation.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a heavy equipment operator training program is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in equipment operation, safety protocols, and basic maintenance skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Operate bulldozers, excavators, and other heavy machinery while following safety guidelines.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor settings; exposure to varying weather conditions and noise levels.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
