Description
- Manage financial accounts with a focus on voice communication.
- Provide expert advice on financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist in developing financial strategies and forecasts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: College Undergraduate or Senior High school Graduate.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience handling a solid Financial Account or a background in Asset and Wealth Management within a BPO setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient or at least knowledgeable in Wealth & Asset Management, customer service, and possess strong interpersonal and technical skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with regular phone communication.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexible, detail-oriented, proactive, and an effective communicator.
