MAS Payroll Upmarket Senior Manager Location: Makati

Set-up: The first 6 months will be 100% onsite, followed by a more flexible work arrangement

Schedule: Night Shift

Salary: Up to 200k, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Senior Manager Experience from a BPO setting with direct client-facing responsibilities, managing clients in-house, and handling a client’s book of business
• Strong background in account management, including overseeing entire books of business and building good client relations
• Has experience working directly with US stakeholders/CFO/Directors
• Leadership experience of 3–5 years, preferably 7 years, as a leader of leaders
• Extensive experience managing KPI’s around NPS.
• Should be able to explain scoring Methodology around NPS, elaborate on experience running a campaign to improve NPS, present tactical and long-term action plans employed to improve NPS.
• Has experience directly managing clients on direct capacity, books of business.
