Qualifications:

• At least 3 years working experience as L2 (application support) on the following: IBM MQ IBM ACE IBM Cast Iron Datapower
• Including the following core skills: Linux, Bash scripting, WAS and SQL

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a 24x7 support team handling application integrations through IBM ACE, Cast Iron, Datapower
• Act as the lead SME
• Ensure SLAs for service requests and incident resolutions are met
• Understand the business function of integrating services and contribute to issue resolution of integrating systems
• Develop the skillset of the team. Identify, recommend and execute improvements on the teams core skills
• Identify, recommend and execute improvements on the operations
• Identify, recommend and execute technical improvements on the technology supported
• Spearhead the incident bridge when the service supported has issues. Ensure 24x7 availability for on-call requirements and scenarios.
• Ensure the quality of the teams output.
