New Media Advertising & Traffic Acquisition Specialist (Managerial Role with Team Leadership)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead promotional planning and execution; identify product selling points based on target markets and users; independently design and implement launch communication plans;

2. Oversee the launch of brand product lines; collaborate with channel and product teams to define product positioning, develop creative concepts for new products, and formulate communication strategies;

3. Develop new media marketing plans, content strategies, and placements across platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Zhihu, Bilibili, and other overseas social media);

4. Drive product seeding through media: leverage the unique features of platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Zhihu to create phased communication plans and partner with KOLs for short videos and graphic content;

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher;

2. Proven knowledge and experience in branding, marketing, social media, and advertising;

3. Strong skills in brand planning and creative ideation;

4. Familiarity with major social media platforms, strong logical thinking, sensitivity to trending topics, ability to track platform developments, and a talent for innovation;

5. Ability to work under pressure, strong career drive, and effective team management skills.
