Responsibilities:

• Managing administrative documents, including filing, recording, and storing important documents.
• Preparing and updating internal databases (e.g., employee data, inventory, etc.).
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (both physical and electronic).
• Assisting in the preparation of routine reports such as attendance reports, office expenses, and other administrative reports.
• Organizing meeting schedules, taking minutes, and coordinating internal activities.
• Entering data into the information systems used by the company.
• Coordinating with other departments to support the smooth operation of the office.
• Ordering and managing office supplies (stationery) and other operational needs.
• Carrying out other administrative tasks as required.
