Description
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills; proficiency in construction software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, manage teams.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, with potential for some office work; requires physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
