The Opportunity

As a Senior TA Specialist you will manage circa 5-7 roles per month (depending on seniority) and manage a diverse portfolio of mostly new client partners. Working in a best-practice team means you will be used to working on meeting & exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs. Utilsing your high-level of consulting and sourcing skills, you will support key clients in their recruitment journey with us (from Job Brief through to offer negotiation).

The Role

This is a Senior TA role supporting a range of clients. You will work closely with others in the global team (circa 30 people) but need to be able to recruit indepently across all South East Asian locations. NOTE: To be successful in this role you must have prior experience working with Australian or other Western clients/hiring managers, and have excellent communication and consulting expertise.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior work experience in Accounting, Finance, Legal, Marketing or IT will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
• 5+ years experience working in Recruitment (or less if you have relevant industry work experience as per the above).
• We are open to talking to Tech or Generalist (or blended) recruiters.
• Native level/business level English.
• Strong influencing and consulting skills.
• Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn and Headhunting.
