Position Overview


We are seeking an SEO Specialist with expertise in Web3 and search growth to drive organic traffic growth on search engines such as Google. You will cover branded terms, core business terms, and long-tail keywords, continuously increasing exposure, registrations, and conversions. You will turn SEO into a quantifiable, repeatable, and scalable growth engine.


Responsibilities

1) SEO Growth Strategy and Goal Breakdown


Develop SEO growth strategies (keyword matrix, content architecture, page structure, backlink strategy), decompose quarterly/monthly objectives, and execute them.


Align with business goals (registrations, activations, transactions/payments, etc.) to define SEO funnel metrics and monitoring dashboards.


2) Keyword Research and Content Architecture


Build a Web3 keyword database: branded terms, competitor terms, scenario-based terms, chain/protocol terms, tutorial terms, tool terms, Q&A terms, etc.


Plan content clusters: pillar pages + cluster pages + long-tail articles to establish sustainable ranking capabilities.


Produce or collaborate with the content team to deliver high-quality SEO content (tutorials, comparative reviews, industry analyses, glossaries, FAQs, landing-page copy, etc.).


3) Technical SEO and On-site Structure Optimization


Collaborate with technical/product teams to optimize site fundamentals: information architecture, URL structure, internal linking strategy, navigation, sitemaps, canonical tags, pagination, etc.


Manage technical SEO tasks including Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile experience, structured data (Schema), and index coverage.


Identify and resolve crawling/indexing issues (duplicate content, redirect chains, 404 errors, crawl budget, etc.).


4) Off-page SEO and Brand Visibility


Plan and execute backlink growth strategies: high-quality media sites, industry websites, ecosystem partnerships, PR pages, resource pages, etc.


Maintain distribution and citation of brand content within the Web3 ecosystem (e.g., research reports, tool pages, tutorials) to enhance authority and ranking stability.


5) Data Analysis and Continuous Iteration


Monitor key metrics: impressions, clicks, rankings, index status, page conversion rates, registrations/activations/payments, etc.


Conduct regular reviews: assess content performance, keyword ranking fluctuations, competitor movements, and propose actionable optimization plans.


Establish reusable SOPs, content templates, publishing standards, and optimization checklists to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of SEO experience, with proven cases of independently growing organic traffic from 0→1 or 1→N.

Familiar with Google SEO methodologies: keyword research, content clustering, internal linking, technical SEO, off-page SEO, ranking diagnostics, etc.

Strong data analysis skills, able to drive topic selection, page optimization, and strategy iterations based on data.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SEO for Web3 international projects (overseas user acquisition, English content architecture, international site structure).

Understanding of basic front-end/back-end concepts (SSR/CSR, site builds, redirects, log analysis, etc.) to communicate efficiently with technical teams.

SEO experience with tool or data-driven websites.

Experience with Web3 media, ecosystem partnerships, or PR/off-page link building.
