Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and educate customers about products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Location: Kuwait (w/ Passport)
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication, teamwork, adaptability, multitasking, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail or service environment, requiring flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, hardworking, and a positive attitude essential.
