Job Description
- Provide maintenance and repair services for various equipment and appliances.
- Perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist customers.
- Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate with customers to explain services performed.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Train junior technicians as needed.
