Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and establish relationships with KOLs/influencers/communities, projects, and other potential partners globally to expand the derivative market and achieve growth in users and transaction volume;

2. Maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation;

3. Execute and analyze the effectiveness of KOL marketing strategies, track and analyze channel cooperation outcomes, and make adjustments to pursue optimal performance and maximize ROI;

4. Gain insights into market changes and industry trends. Provide effective market feedback to support product optimization.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher (degree requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates), with more than 2 years of experience in KOL business development; candidates with business development or marketing experience in related industries such as financial technology are preferred;

2. Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships, with strong execution capabilities and resilience under pressure;

3. Familiarity with the web3 industry and major ecosystems, a passion for the web3 sector, and a certain level of understanding of product logic, cryptocurrency applications, and blockchain-related technologies;

4. Familiarity with various overseas social media channels and understanding of potential user trends, including but not limited to Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, as well as various web3 growth strategies and execution processes, to effectively achieve personal performance goals;
