1. Basic Qualifications

- Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related fields, Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in the finance or technology industry is preferred.

- Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics or Figma/Sketch is a plus.

2. Industry Adaptability

- Basic understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with the ability to quickly grasp industry terminology and user needs.

- Strong data sensitivity, capable of enhancing user conversion rates through design (e.g., click-through rates and registration rates for promotional pages).

3. Soft Skills

- Clear logical thinking, able to independently manage multiple project timelines, with strong stress resilience.

- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with technical and marketing teams.

4. Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in UI/UX design, understanding of trading platform interface design standards.

- Familiarity with 3D design (such as Blender) or illustration skills to enrich visual presentation.

- Overseas experience or experience with international projects.
