Description
- Manage Online Orders – Process and monitor customer orders from Shopee and Lazada.
- Stock Monitoring – Regularly check and update stock levels; coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
- Order Fulfillment – Ensure accurate order processing, coordinate with the warehouse for packing and shipping, and track deliveries until completion.
- Customer Service – Respond to inquiries, handle complaints, process refunds/returns, and maintain good store ratings.
- Sales & Promotions – Set up discounts, vouchers, and participate in platform sales events.
- Reporting & Analysis – Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
- Computer & Online Tasks – Use online tools for order processing, stock updates, reporting, and account management.
- Compliance – Follow Shopee / Lazada policies, address account issues, and ensure smooth online operations.

- With experience in e-commerce.
