We're seeking a highly motivated Site Coordinator to join our company! In this exciting role, you'll be instrumental in our restaurant and food truck expansion, traveling to designated areas to scout for prime commercial real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned territories to identify potential restaurant and food truck locations.
• Research demographics, traffic patterns, and competitor landscape to assess suitability of sites.
• Evaluate property size, access, parking availability, and other logistical factors.
• Build rapport with local landlords, brokers, and community members to gather insights.
• Negotiate lease terms (restaurant locations only) and secure approval from management.
• Document location details with photos, maps, and detailed reports.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company in public.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field coordination, real estate scouting, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to travel independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A passion for food and the restaurant industry (a plus!).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
