Description

The Site Locator is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending strategic and profitable locations for business expansion. This role requires strong field presence, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits 4–5 times a week to scout and evaluate potential locations.

- Assess the commercial viability, foot traffic, accessibility, and competitive landscape of prospective sites.

- Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, mall/leasing officers, and property developers.

- Prepare detailed site reports, feasibility study, and presentations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Coordinate with the Expansion and Operations teams for site validations and approvals.

- Conduct preliminary evaluation, negotiations, and gather lease offer details for review.

- Ensure timely submission of accurate and comprehensive reports and recommendations.

- Maintain a database of scouted locations and monitor trends in site performance and commercial development.

- Uphold the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Fresh grads welcome — must be willing to travel 4–5x/week via commute
  • Strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills
  • Previous experience in site acquisition, real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
