Description
- Handle clinic front desk operations and appointments
- Respond to online inquiries and direct messages
- Maintain clinic’s online presence by coordinating with the marketing team
- Ensure excellent customer experience on-site and online
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels and respond to audience inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- With at least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- With basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- With pleasing personality, good grooming, and excellent communication skill
- Tech-savvy, organized, and client-focused
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, e-commerce strategies, business intelligence, and CRM.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional remote work; flexibility to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong verbal communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
