- Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram

- Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create eye-catching visuals

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)

- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience targeting

- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation

- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights

- Stay updated on Meta platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices

- Research and identify target audiences using Meta Ads Manager and audience insights tools

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience managing paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns

- Proven track record of successful campaign management with measurable results

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)

- Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Facebook Blueprint certification

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns

- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel implementation and custom audience creation
