About the Position

We’re looking for a Social Media Lead to lead and grow Colourette’s digital presence. In this role, you’ll manage our social media platforms, shape content strategy, and engage with our community in meaningful ways. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute campaigns that reflect our brand values and connect with our audience. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and data-driven—always on top of the latest digital trends, conversations, and the ever-evolving beauty landscape in the Philippines.



Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Channel Management
  • Manage Colourette’s presence across key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and more
  • Develop and execute a strategic content plan to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to assess performance and identify opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with local and global social media trends, platform updates, and best practices—especially in the beauty industry
Content Creation & Community Engagement
  • Plan, write, execute, and post compelling content that aligns with Colourette’s voice and resonates with our audience
  • Own and manage the social media content calendar
  • Ensure engagement with the community through comments, messages, and other touchpoints to build brand love and loyalty
  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of various community engagement initiatives on social media and within our community groups
  • Collaborate on content production (photography, videography) as needed
PR & Events Collaboration
  • Develop and execute KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing strategies to amplify Colourette’s digital presence, ensuring seamless integration of influencer content into brand campaigns
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, beauty experts, and industry leaders to enhance brand credibility and reach
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and PR team to conceptualize, promote, and execute brand activations, product launches, and community-driven events that generate excitement and engagement
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of event-related content, including live coverage, behind-the-scenes footage, and post-event recaps, to maximize visibility and extend campaign reach.
  • Coordinate with key media outlets and press contacts to secure coverage and PR features that strengthen Colourette’s brand positioning.
Campaigns & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Support campaign ideation, development, and execution across social media, content, and PR
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align messaging and creative direction
  • Stay updated on product launches and promotions to ensure accurate and timely posts
Analytics, Insights & Optimization
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and campaign impact
  • Track social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategies
  • Participate in social listening to understand audience sentiment and brand perception
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations



Qualifications
  • Preferably with proven experience in brand-building, social media management, and content creation
  • Strong understanding of analytics and platform-specific best practices
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for aesthetics and trends
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with the Philippine beauty industry is a strong plus
  • A self-starter who can lead and manage a team effectively
